Lovely family stay- but the apartments need a refreshing-

Good space in each room, and every room had their own bathroom/toilets en-suite- Nicely warm inside- Balcony with view on the mountains and the stations down below- Bus service runs every 15-20min, ski station accessible through bus service- There is a slope as well but only if snow covers is thick enough- Sport 2000 on site for ski location- Nordic ski and walking area right behind- with sledging slopes for the kids-

Lights in the lounge quite dim- out of 4 bedrooms, 2 had TVs not working- we told the desk and they sent a repair man but he could not do anything and no one ever got back- no SPAR shopping near by, need to take the bus but that's ok- Carpet run down- considering it is the opening of the season I would have expected better- The bedsheets were clean but you could see old marks from mold.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Possibility to order bread, croissants for breakfast There was a pool but we did not use it as we spent time outside.

Space and view from balcony

Property is looking a little tired, lack of cleaning products and not enough pillows. We requested extra pillows but this was refused by staff in quite a rude manner. Property could benefit from a shop as it is a distance from the town.

Lovely accommodation

The accommodation was very nice - enough space, was clean and had everything that we needed. The beds are comfy and we slept well - the whole resort feels very quiet from around 2230 - even on one of the busiest weeks of the year. I wish I had known that there was a ski equipment shop on site as I would have used that instead of another one further away. You can order your bread/croissants for the morning and then collect from reception -a nice service. The spa is also easily accessible and we also used the washing machines in the main complex. The reception staff are very helpful.

The pillows are terrible and when we shared this feedback the reception staff mentioned that they have heard this before and have some new pillows on order. Like others have mentioned, the resort is quite far from the main areas and so it is not possible to stay in the main resort for dinner etc. unless you are happy to drive back (there are no taxis and the shuttle bus finishes at around 7pm). I am glad we had our car with us - I think we might have struggled to take kids/skis and any food shopping on the shuttle bus (there is no supermarket on the site). The pool was cold on one day, and not working on another day that we tried to use it. Overall though we still very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that might stop us coming back is the location. The resort itself is very nice. {perhaps the resort will start their own evening shuttle bus for future seasons?!!

I love the modern and nice apartment, chalet style. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Resort is nice, easy to reach and has a parking on site.

Spa seemed to be very basic, jacuzzi was not working properly. There is no limit on number of people who can join spa same time, therefore social distance was not respected.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well designed. Comfy bed (hard mattress like we prefer). Amazing view and surroundings. So quiet and it's only 10 minutes to go to Flaine center by car.

Clean room and fully equipped kitchen. Staff were very helpful and even sent the engineer to fix the leakage and investigate the heater although it did not get fixed during our stay. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Free shuttle bus to the ski lift

Poor shower power in the spa, had to go back to shower in the room. There was leakage from the bathtub and heater was not working The route to the apartment was not straightforward.. We had to use 3 lifts to get to our apartment

If you want a cheap place to stay and have a car this place is excellent. It's not a spa hotel.

The room is clean, spacious and very good value for money. The reception desk was friendly and helpful. We hired a car to get there which I'd strongly recommend. The busses stop at 18:30ish and so it just gives you much more freedom to go to and from town. You can ski down (and it's easy) but the bus can be busy and so driving just made more sense. There is lots of parking and it's only 4 euro per day.

The breakfast and the staff at breakfast were dreadful - so much so that although we planned to have breakfast there each morning we cancelled after our first pretty poor experience. And at 11 euros it was a total rip off. Just buy stuff in town and have breakfast in your apartment. The pool, sauna etc are pretty poor too. It's certainly not a spa.

L’appartement était sympathique et l’accueil également.

L’appartement était sale, vaisselle sale, four immonde et les équipements pas en très bon état et parfois dangereux. Bien que la personne de l’accueil était sympathique, je ne suis pas sûre qu’elle nous comprenait. Pas top pour la communication. Le restaurant était fermé ☹️☹️. Un peu déçu des prestations.

La taille de l appartement, la vue sur la montagne

Ménage à revoir et l odeur dans l appartement très désagréable, essentiellement dans les chambres du bas qui sentaient les égouts. Pas de restaurant ouvert en saison estivale, ce qui n etait pas mentionné sur l annonce via booking.

Manque de confort matériel : pas de liquide vaisselle pas de sel pas de poivre un gel douche tres petit pas assez de papier toilette et cote spa l'eau du jacuzzi était tres froide. Le personnel parle pas français difficile de se faire comprendre

Emplacement idéal pour la vue, mais déplacement en bus pour skier (navettes toutes les 15mn). Appartement lumineux, moyennement confortable, nécessitant quelques rafraîchissements. Équipe d'accueil quasi non-francaise... un pb pour certains assurément.

Prachtig....maar nood aan wat liefde!

Mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht vanop het terras. Ook de bar/restaurant was uitstekend gelegen. Het was een heel mooi appartement.....maar er zijn her en der wel eens herstellingen noodzakelijk om in deze prijscategorie te blijven. Personeel was super vriendelijk! Aangezien wij last minute geboekt hebben was de prijs-kwaliteit wel dik OK, hebben de "normale" prijzen voor vakantieperiode (krokusvakantie Belgie 2026) van volgend jaar bekeken en dan is het erg veel geld voor een appartement in die toestand. Ruimte, ligging, uitzicht, comfort (4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers) meer dan ok!

Het algemeen onderhoud kan beter!! Keukengerei (potten en pannen) is aan vervanging toe. Her en der een plint los, ook stopcontacten mogen af en toe gereinigd worden. Verwarmingen hebben een laklaagje nodig...kortom achterstallig onderhoud is jammer voor zo'n locatie/ruimte.
