We were blown away at what a beautiful area this lodge is nestled in, each room has an incredible view of Spion Kop, and a wonderful veranda to sit and watch the day go by.
The staff could not have been nicer, and catered to all our needs, including my Mums 85th Birthday. The meals were delicious, and the rooms were spotless and had everything we could possibly need,I.e . Yoga mats, local bird books, hot water bottles etc, they had thought of everything.
Our trip to Spion Kop was incredibly informative, and a morning to remember. Our guide was extremely passionate about the battle, and had us enthralled before we had even left the premises.
Feel house wines and spirits should be included in the price.

Les petites attentions, la qualité de la nourriture, les activités en plein air et la vue de notre cottage ont rendu ce moment inoubliable. Tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .
