We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Beckman House on Delavan Lake. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated right on the water. The lake views were incredible, and having access to the dock made our boating days so easy and enjoyable. The house had plenty of space for our family, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We spent our days on the lake and our evenings relaxing by the water, making memories we’ll never forget.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out.Delavan Lake is such a special place, and the Beckman House was the perfect setting for our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lakefront getaway.Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great property.

Spacious home! The manager was excellent! Had a couple questions and she answered immediately. With being next to a neighborhood bar, it was loud late into the night.

We were disappointed with our 4th of July weekend stay - while I understand holiday weekends can be different than normal, the party atmosphere at the bar made the property entirely not kid friendly. We had people jumping off the dock in their underwear, walking all around the property, loud and swearing, leaving their beer bottles on our tables… you name it. I will it say it got better the days after the 4th. But - if you have kids - do NOT book this on a holiday/party weekend. The bar takes nearly all the grass space with outdoor bar games, and the boat entrance to the bar is the dock in front of the property. There is no effective marker of where bar property ends and house property begins, so we were constantly overrun with bar goers. A small fence would go a long way. Host was great in sending down bar staff to clear our people sitting in our patio chairs when we messaged her, but this just wasn’t the atmosphere we signed up for. Otherwise - house is big and clean. Beautiful sunrises. Kitchen not super well stocked (one cookie sheet, one 8x11 pan for example) so if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, take that into consideration. Lots of sleeping space and space to hang out with family. Good host communication. It’s a really nice home but if you have kids who want to be outside, don’t book on a holiday weekend.
