THE SERVICE. all balconies has no privacy and to close to the other guests who’s walking down. the breakfast was decent and doesn’t have much options. they charge for everything thing even when I ask for ice bucket. the forced me to sign a form (all terms were in italian and they said it’s not available in english) so I fill my contact details on that form that they claim it is for the police but I took a picture of it and translate it was not related to police but to share my contact details for marketing purposes

Very good location, walking distance to Limone and yet very quiet and relaxing. A perfect mix and has beach access. Fabulous spa, only €10 per person per access for the whole stay which was great value for money, essential oil showers were most amazing experience!

Breakfast. Whilst good overall, it was same thing over and over again. After a couple of days it was just boring as nothing was changing.

nice but could be better

The hotel has a beautiful location overseeing the lake. The pool area and the rest area in the garden in front of the lake are the best. Tasty breakfast! All staff working on the pool bar and breakfast was amazing! So nice, polite and attentive. My congrats to all of them, specially Simone. The Spa is really nice. Reception staff are really helpful, thanks for your support in booking a driver when needed.

-The hotel is obviously beautiful, however I don't think it is a 4 star. We got a simple room which was fine (not 4 star) although some small details could have improved the experience: hair dryer should be replaced by a proper one, TV should be a smart TV (its 2025), mini bar had only water (if you paid for it), no conditioner. -They only give you 1 towel for the pool, if you want a clean one you must pay 3euro...(same if you have 1 night or 5) -You have to book to use the Spa and pay 10 euro. This is not well explained as we thought you had to pay every time you book the spa, but on our last day we were informed this was not the case, which was really disappointing. I feel communication could be improved. -I requested a quiet room as my mother needed to rest, but they gave us a room surrounded by families with babies...I think that with some small effort they could have allocated us a room in a more quiet area so we could enjoy our rest better...the walls are pretty thin... -The umbrellas in the pool and garden are really hard to open (if you are not 1.80 tall) and there was no one to help...so I had to get by with no umbrella for most of my stay.

the view was so beautiful

most of the hotels around help their customers to go the twon by the hotels car, but our hotel no the put drinking water the first day and other days we have to buy from a store outside the hotel. the charge us for slippers which i haven’t see in any hotel . finally no iron inside the room . and you have to buy to iron your clothes

Very Good Hotel and it deserves to be visited 👌🏻

Location with the lake view, breakfast, and the staff were very friendly. room is modern style, bed is comfortable. parking is free on the site. check in and out was smoothly.

- Air conditioning was switched off from the hotel, but it’s not a big problem you can open the window. - Bathroom doesn’t give you a full privacy because the shower opened on the room.

Not a pleasant experience.

They offered electric car charging service with indoor parking for 6 euros/night

Very noisy hotel. All doors were like inexistent. Extremely small towels. The breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular for a 4 star hotel. Lunch time was mentioned in their presentation until 16:00 and they closed at 14:00.

Great location on the beach. Great room and ability to use the spa and gym. Only a short 15 min walk into Limone. We really enjoyed it.

The only thing that I didn't like was they gave us nonremovable bracelets to show that we were part of the hotel for the facilities. These were uncomfortable and didn't look great. They should change them for rubber removable ones so you can take them off when not in the hotel and reuse them.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good. Dinner was very practical, with a buffet for starters, vegetables, salads and cheeses etc. If you wan't something fancier I would recommend going out for dinner in the town Limone sul Garda which is only a short walk away for any able bodied person. Swimming pool was great. Swimming in the lake was great and easy to reach from our room. I did yoga beside the pool one morning and it was great also.

The staff were excellent. One of the members of the spa was a tiny bit snooty but still gave a really good treatment. The others were very friendly and also good.

Incredible Value!

We love everything about this hotel! it is close enough to the center for comfortable walking (approx 15min) and far enough so you’re away from the tourism downtown and can truly relax at the pool or bathe right at the shore. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to help us with arranging our travel to our next destination upon check out. we had such a great time here we almost extended our stay. Breakfast was good and staff was always punctual with all services.

I wish the room was a little bit larger.That’s all!

If you have a chance, book this place for your getaway at Garda lake. The direct lake access, spa, amenities in the room, very nice breakfast, and super modern room, all just amazing. Let’s just say not your usual Italian hotel…

Very nice location by the western shore of Lake Guarda in Limone, close to the town, yet quiet. Pool, restaurant and many amenities. They also have a 10kW EV-Charging pod which will probably provide a full charge over-night.

I am not too fond of the resort - all inclusive - atmosphere. On top of this, the floors, beds and furniture felt more like a 60€/night hotel then one 4times as expensive.

Pleasant, but the service could have been better

We stayed there for two nights, but the water in the mini bar was not re-filled after the first day. The check out day we woud like use the pool after the 12,00, but we must to pay 15 euros more.
