The location of this hotel is excellent. Right on the beach, the cleanliness was superb.
Glasses in the room would be nicer than paper cups and a small table on the balcony could be useful.

Location was perfect. The view was perfect
Easy to get a tram to Benidorm, Altea, Alicante, El Campello

Lovely sea views. Great location on the promenade, close to restaurants. Very walkable to and from the tram to Alicante thanks to the escalators that link the town centre to the beach front. We checked in at midday and we were delighted that our room was ready for us so early.
We were very unlucky with the weather. It rained a lot, but we can't blame the hotel for that.

The location on the beach can't be beat.
A lot of things chipped and scratched and very tired looking in our room. No coffee maker or kettle. Chairs on the balcony were cracked. No side table on the balcony. Very mediocre for a 4-star hotel. The buffet breakfast was average at best. It could be an amazing place but clearly the owners don't want to spend a dime on the place with upkeep or upgrades.

"Fabulous location right opposite the beach. Friendly front of house/staff. Breakfast was fab, everything you could possibly want. Pool bathing area nice but not especially big."
