Water problems.

for what i paid for the room i could not be more happy. the room was decent sized and so was the bathroom. it had a tv and wi fi. the location was 2 minute walk to the main highway where the ocean is

the wifi was not great i was buffering a lot and the whirpool on the third floor did not work and the water was cold so probably not working for a while.

The location was incredible. Perfect. The hot water in the shower was nice too. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. A/C worked well.

The tv didn’t work. At all. The tile wall in the bathroom (outside of the shower) was always wet. My room key had to be reset twice in 3 days. The staff wasn’t rude kit they weren’t friendly. The morning guy was professional and matter of fact. The afternoon /night girl was bored silly. She spent most of her time sprawled out on the lobby couch on her cell phone. They only take cash. I paid and was due 200 pesos change and two days later I had to ask the morning guy for it because the girl who owed it just said “later” when I asked for it after 24 hours. Never got up off the sofa. Also, no breakfast. I was offered water at the fountain but there are no glasses. And the botellón was empty. Lastly, they have a funny way of converting dollars to pesos. My reservation said I owed $43 for my stay. Great deal. But they convert that at 65 pesos to $. Not the international rate of 57- or even 60. So they charged me $48. $5 didn’t ruin my trip but it’s the principle.
