About this house rental
Beautiful character house with private pool, combining tradition and modernity perfectly equipped. Located on 3 hectares of wooded land, in Catalonia, in a working farm, this farmhouse in the heart of vineyards and orchards is 10 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Spain and 1h30 from Barcelona and close to the mountains for beautiful excursions. This house is ideal for two (or three families) who would like to have some independence. A large inviting terrace under an arbor with table for lunch or dinner outside with breathtaking views of the Massif des Albères, Canigou (summit of the Pyrenees Orientales peak). You can alternate hikes and sea baths as well as discover the rich Romanesque art in this region.

All the Shelleys, 8 adults and 5 children (4-11yrs) had an amazing week here in early April. A spacious, warm, beautifully appointed house with plenty of outdoor play areas and a sunny terrace with amazing views over the vineyards to the mountains couldn't have been a better home for our party. We were warmly welcomed by Veronique and greatly enjoyed the gift of local wines. We recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Cadre vraiment idyllique - Maison absolument superbe, tant au niveau décoration qu'agencement. Vue sur les vergers. Nous avons loué à la Toussaint et nous prenions notre petit verre de Banyuls sur la terrasse. Grand terrain idéal pour les ballades avec enfants, les cousins, les amis des cousins et les grands parents. Un endroit magique où se retrouver avec un espace de vie pratique. Maison bien équipée, très fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et très accueillants, producteurs de vins et de fruits. Nous avons eu le vin, pas les fruits, en novembre, c'est normal. Nous songeons à y repartir au Printemps ou en été. Ballade en Espagne à 30mns pour déguster des tapas. Un combiné bien pratique. Collioure et ses environs, dépaysant. Une location bien rentabilisée ayant permis à toutes les générations de passer un bon moment à la Toussaint très ensoleillée. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Que dire sinon que tout était génial, l' environnement somptueux, les propriétaires super sympa. A recommander vivement. Nous avons eu droit aux fruits du verger et au vin , offerts gracieusement par les exploitants du domaine.encore merci !
