confirmed reservation yet no room available at late arrival.

I arrived very late in the night, counting on the outside reception machine to issue me an access code to my room. This machine didn't recognise my confirmed reservation number nor my name. The help function of this machine also did nothing, however long i tried. There was a phone number written on a note "in case of late arrival" but that went straight to answering machine. I waited until reception opened at around 06:30 so at least i could take a shower and a few hours of sleep after a 12 hour drive from the Netherlands but the receptionist told me to wait for the cleaners to arrive because there was no room directly available. After another half hour waiting i just did an early check-in at another hotel nearby.

The location and price was a good option for where we were travelling

We were waiting over 40 minutes in the restaurant for our order to be taken . In the end we left . There were only 2 people working and was rushing around booking in new arrivals and cooking and taking orders . The two staff were lovely though , but needed more on the evening . In the morning there were 4 staff for buffet breakfast . Got it around the wrong way .

Would have liked more choice on the menu at the restaurant but not a major problem.

Qualité correcte pour les repas proposés le soir Et petit déjeuner parfait également. Personnne à l’accueil disponible et agréable. Elle était désolée Des difficultés que nous avions rencontrées à notre arrivée.

Borne extérieure pour valider la réservation . Inopérante pour nous Comme pour le couple suivant un dimanche soir à 18h Heureusement il restait encore à l’intérieur une personne qui a accepté De procéder au règlement sur sa caisse et de nous donner les pass. Chambre pas chauffée et donc nuit difficile . Changement de chambre Le lendemain. Les pass ont dans un premier temps inopérant On a dû retourner les changer avant que la personne ne parte. Parking presque complet avec une réunion dans vos locaux.

Un accueil chaleureux Grande plage horaire pour les petits déjeuners

Le 1er jour entré dans une chambre froide après avoir fait 1 000km de trajet. Bruit des voitures sur la 2 fois 2 voies. la 3ème nuit nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans notre chambre la carte ne fonctionnant pas, plusieurs appels sur un n° de téléphone portable sans réponse. Appel sur différents numéros sans réponse, l'automate pour nous délivrer une nouvelle carte ne fonctionnant pas et sans réponse nous avons été obligé de trouver un logement pour la nuit.. j'ai eu des excuses dans la nuit, mais trop tard nous étions logés. Le lendemain matin nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et nos affaires dans la chambre, les filles à l'accueil souriaient presque suite à notre mésaventure en nous remettant un avoir pour une nuit dans l'établissement.

Vétusté des lieux même si très propre Le réservoir des WC ne se rempli pas rapidement Le chauffage de la salle de bain n'est pas efficace (il s'éteint au bout d'une minute) Et l'isolation (tant thermique que phonique) de la chambre est très moyenne
