Villa Salted Maple is a rare beachfront retreat where the sea and sky converge in a peaceful, secluded setting, just a short drive away from the historic landscape of Thermopylae -site of the legendary battle between the 300 Spartans and the Persian army.
Set within two acres of landscaped gardens filled with maple, pine, and fruit trees, the property also features an expansive lawn that gently extends toward the sea. At the heart of the outdoor spaces lies a large swimming pool accompanied by a covered pool lounge, creating an inviting setting for long summer days of relaxation while enjoying refreshing sea breezes and uninterrupted coastal views.

The house itself reflects the distinctive architecture of the 1970s and offers generous living spaces arranged across two levels. The upper floor features a spacious lounge with a fireplace and large windows that overlook the gardens, sea, and island of Euboea.
