Apartaments Gran Vall

Perfect size for the three of us; comfortable beds & pillows; warm with the ability to control the interior temperature as needed; plenty of space for drying ski wear & storage in garage for ski gear; close to convenience store & a couple of restaurants; good wifi; staff incredibly friendly, helpful & accommodating.

Had to drive or get the bus to get to the slopes; carpark & parking spaces VERY tight

The kitchen appliances were really new and well kept, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything was super clean, the apartment is really nice and cozy.

I asked the host before I made the reservation if the transportations were easy between the apartment and the slopes. The host assured me there were buses running every 30 min. So I decided not to rent a car, since she told me that was not necessary. This turned into a nightmare. We waited for almost 2h every time for the bus, completely ruined our trip. On top of the bad information about transportation, the host made us wait for almost 25 min outside, in the snow, in the middle of the night to check in (I confirmed my arrival time beforehand, but had to call multiple times until they opened the door), they also sent messages almost everyday asking for additional documentations and telling us to park the car in the garage (they really didn't pay any attention)!!! Really disrespectful, once they have the confirmation and the money it feels like they don't care about anything. We waited a lot for the bus every time, and the constant ask about the documentation was really the last drop. The apartment was really nice, it's really a shame that there was not enough toiletries, toilet paper or proper reception service. If the service was a little better I'd definitely go back.
