About this house rental

Three story grand home with two 2- guest rooms (East/West) (a different listing) and a yoga/Pilates studio. A sanctuary of natural light. All new furniture, private guest rooms and, en suite baths. Shared balcony porch. Stunning “green space” views on a large lot. Quiet. Fine Art Gallery on first floor. Yoga classes offered on Saturday morning 10am. Lots of amenities in the Bleubird Kitchenette next to guest rooms. Walking distance to “Hallmark movie” beautiful historic downtown Georgetown, boutique shopping, restaurants and fun bars. Outstanding restaurants in neighborhood. Rooms have coded digital locks and independent access. 4.7 miles from Horse Park, 11 miles from Keeneland Race Track. 12 miles from Bluegrass Airport. (Bleubird Studio llc in Georgetown Kentucky.) Great stay for Bourbon Trail, The Ark, Keeneland, UK Games, KYDerby, KHP Ky Horse Park. Antique Shopping. Right off I75, SLEEPS 2.

Had a fantastic stay. Quiet and beautiful. My breakfast was lovely. Used the washer and dryer (thank goodness for that amenity) and kept my diet coke cold!!!Top Notch
