it is a quiet place and the beach is nice. The swimming pools are nice and climatized. Restaurant has good options with good value for money.
the social setting is a challenge. Most owners that inhabit the building are senior immigrants and retirees: rude & looking upon their shoulder. I witnessed some situations that were not civil and border line racist. Our apartment is really basic lacked several tjings that were solved upon request. this is a good choice for Elderly people and maybe young people that will one use it as “bedroom”.
