Local tranquilo, limpo, com utensílios para cozinha e ar-condicionado. A cama e o chuveiro são ótimos. Recomendo bastante!
Apenas duas considerações: Ambas torneiras estavam pingando. A TV é simples, não carrega aplicativos que dependem de Internet, como YouTube ou rádio on-line.

Ar condicionado de baixa potência e separado 1 parede da cama deixou o ambiente bem quente. Sugiro mudar a cama de local para ficar de frente ao ar ou colocar um mais potente.

Ap grande c varanda .chuveiro bom, ar gela , tem mesa e cadeira. Tem uber muito rápido e barato p todo lugar q vc quiser ir. P praia 7,00. Não tem nada de comércio perto, mas de uber da p ir mercado Cumbuco. Bom preço.
Não tem quase nada de utensílios, 2 panelas e 1 frigideira, nao da p passar um café, sem bule ,chaleira ou garrafa térmica.nem cuscuzeiro. Não é muito longe da avenida, mas a rua é ruim de andar de carro ou a pé. A praia perto é ruim,mas o uber leva p outras. Não achei o sindico simpático, apenas entregou a chave.e qd eu fui embora mandou deixar no ap.
