Lugar silencioso, aconchegante.
Tive um probleminha na portaria, o porteiro teve que ligar para o dono. Um pequeno contra tempo, mas foi resolvido rápido.

Anfitrião respondeu rapidamente, cordial e atencioso. Me passou instruções completas sobre check in. Ambiente limpo, camas confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho para todos, chuveiro bom. Silencioso. Havia estacionamento bem próximo da portaria do bloco. Ainda tinha água e uns chocolates disponíveis na geladeira, para consumir e fazer o pix. Excelente!
