Budynek z dwoma oddzielnymi mieszkaniami o podobnym standardzie był idealny dla dwóch rodzin. W mieszkaniach wszystko to, co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania (sztućce, naczynia, garnki, czajnik, lodówka, klimatyzacja itd.). Każde z mieszkań ma swój taras/balkon. Wszystko sprawne i zadbane, w mieszkaniach czysto. Cicha, spokojna uliczka z tyłu budynku. Parking dla samochodów przed budynkiem. Z tyłu domu budynek w którym mieszkali właściciele ( pozdrowienia dla Państwa) którzy służyli pomocą gdy tego potrzebowaliśmy. Zimne piwo na powitanie. Kaucja pobierana w gotówce (150€ po przyjeździe) została nam zwrócona bez żadnych problemów. Do bliższej plaży około 300 metrów, do tej po drugiej stronie wyspy może z 10 minut spaceru. Bardzo blisko do marketu Konzum i piekarni. Kwatera godna polecenia.
Duży ruch pojazdów od frontu budynku, trochę głośno.

Apartman je bio odlican, ugodan, sve smo imali sto smo trebali. Domaćini su pristupni sto se tice svega.
Ulica je malo prometnija, bilo je malo problema s klimom ali domaćini su to brzo rijesili.
