Clean bathroom and nice breakfast with quite a few food options available. Outside area was also neat and lakeside seemed cosy.
Room had a certain odor, potentially from the carpet which seemed old, although staff claimed it was being cleaned rigoriously. Room was also noisy, we stayed at the main house and there it was quite noisy from the street and also occassional chatter from guests/staff outside. Room also got quite hot during the day in the summer, opening windows helped, but then also made it more noisy.
