Don’t stay here! Had to leave early

Not much, we left early. The location was close to Naoussa, but not walkable due to no shoulder on the road/rough conditions.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations or match what we expected online. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be in much rougher shape than what was pictured. The property was very dated and dirty. In our room, the air conditioner barely worked— to the point we woke up sweaty. The walls were visibly dirty and had smears and splatter on them and there was a hairball on the floor. The toilet would not flush, then when we attempted to flush later it would not stop running (which was loud and kept us up all morning), until someone came to fix it, and then it wouldn’t flush still. The bathroom was disgusting and had mold in all the grout and shower. When we attempted to shower, the shower head wouldn’t work and water pooled in the bottom due to lack of drainage. We went 2 days without showering due to this. The bedding smelled musty and the towels they provided were hard and rough. When we returned in the afternoon on our 2nd day, they had hosed down the hallway & water got under the crack under the door, leaving a huge pool of standing water in our room. Lastly, no one is ever at the reception desk, making it near impossible to get help for anything. We waited in the lobby for over 20 min because we wanted waters from the cooler, and when someone finally showed up, they told us to just write what we take on a sticky note & leave it in the cubby (because no one is ever at the desk). After our first night, we were so grossed out that we scrambled to find another hotel last minute to spend the rest of our week in. To our dismay, we had to stay a 2nd night, & checked out first thing the next morning (Aug 17-Aug 22). Be aware to book elsewhere if you want comfortable, clean accommodations. This hotel needs to be updated on Booking.com.

Don’t Do It

I would not recommend this hotel. At check-in, I did not receive the room I had originally booked. I was told it was an “upgrade” because the room was larger, but it lacked the partial sea view I had reserved. When I asked to move to a different room, I was asked to pay €100 in cash, which felt unprofessional but I guess I understand since this room was listed as “suite with two beds”. The front desk was never staffed in the evenings or mornings before 10–11am, which was strange for a hotel. The biggest issue, however, was our last night when the electricity went out around midnight. We couldn’t charge devices and were working US hours, so we immediately contacted the hotel by mobile, WhatsApp, and the listed number. No one responded. After a couple of hours in the dark, we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel at additional cost. We had to pack in the dark using our phone lights, and some belongings were lost in the process. Even worse, the owner ignored all messages until I complained to Booking.com and then accused me of lying rather than taking responsibility. This was one of the most unprofessional and stressful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere. I’m still waiting to hear back from Booking about this situation.

We had the best time staying here.

The staff were so nice. The pool was great. The location was very close to Naousa - a 5 minute drive.

We had some problem in the bathroom with water coming from somewhere, so the floor would get completely wet when showering. The location was nice, but we did have to get a taxi back and forth to the center of Naousa, because there are no sidewalks on the roads.

On the whole we had a very enjoyable stay in Paros and Naoussa Hotel Paros was a very pleasant place

The room was clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely. Pick-up and drop-off from the port was excellent.

It is next to a main road. The breakfast was ok. It's a good 15-20 minute walk into Naousa, which was expected.

Best part of Greece vacation

My family and I loved our stay at Naoussa Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we loved everything we saw. The views were beautiful, the rooms were clean and spacious with outdoor terraces. Everyone was so nice, helpful and with smiles on their faces each time. Alex saved us with transportation and taking us where we need to be and always picking us up. He was so friendly, and always pleasant conversations. The hotel is 10 minutes away by car/bike to Naoussa and maybe 20 min away to Parikia. The facilities were all clean, and the pool was also great. Delicious breakfast! Bus stop right across the street. We will continue to stay here each time we visit Paros. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special.

Quiet and good bus links, but dissapointing overall.

It was quiet and relaxing. Not many guests stayed at the hotel during the day so the pool was quiet which was good. There was also great bus connections. The size of the room is generous.

The place felt dated, especially compared to photos. The air con was really poor and every night we had to move the mattress to the kitchen area in order to sleep. We moved it back every morning for the cleaners sake (as ir was blocking the room). I would say the hotel is worth the price listed in October, but the summer price is so expensive for what you get. I think it is really poor that the very basic breakfast is 10 euros per guest and not included. I think the breakfast offer needs to be improved or should be free (especially at the price paid for the stay).

Bad management dirty not accurate pictures

Nothing we left

300 a night scam We arrived and the room was dirty and had cockroaches, broken bathroom window, smelled of sewage, no beach nearby not near town, area across busy street he said was a beach it was full of trash broken glass needles and gloves. Not walkable to town, very busy loud unsafe street, not walkable. When we voiced our concerns he argued with me. He said he would cancel reservation and not charge us. We left and found another hotel and hours later he charged us for 4 nights. I then texted him and told him that he said he would cancel reservation and he called the police on me, They called and threatened me that if I wrote a review I would have problems at customs. I as a woman with my 2 daughters did not feel safe here. He will not give me back my money for 4 nights that I never stayed in this hotel. . Booking needs to review this place as the pictures and service are not accurate. I am still fighting with my credit card to get my money back.. What a scam

Great hotel with lovely pool

Great pool, helpful staff, good breakfast. Very pleasant walk into Naoussa, especially if you go up over the hill and across the beach. Naoussa is a very picturesque fishing village, just so beautiful.

I would want to rate it higher bc of the friendliness of the manager, however the property continued to fail me.

I really liked the location, the manager also ensured my check in was easy, he gave good tips. Big plus for the pool.

Upon my arrival, I have found a dead cockroach in my room. I understand these bugs are quite a thing in Greece, however it shouldn’t have happened when entering a clean room. Worse - on two consecutive nights, I came back to the room to find a cockroach, alive, on the walls. It was around 10 pm and there was no one at the reception desk to take the matter. The shower is not really working. There’s no service in the rooms - not only WiFi, there’s no regular internet - 5g is unreachable. Breakfast was rather poor - no pre cut fruits, barely any fruits left after 9 am. No eggs. Very minimal.

Lovely little hotel away from the crowds.

Great location with an easy bus into Naoussa. Incredibly helpful reception staff who helped with car hire and currency exchange. Nice pool, perfect for a dip at the end of long hot days.

Beautiful place ! Highly recommended for families with kids !

Its a beautiful property located right in front of the sea ! The staff and owner were super nice and friendly ! The kids had a wonderful time at the pool ! Vagelis the owner also helped us get to the beach by dropping us in his car. He also got a good deal with rental cars the next day. Overall we had a fantastic time at this property ! Highly recommend for families.

The young man who gave us the transfer was really nice and great. Apart from the manager all the staff were lovely The pool is good but could be a bit cleaner There is a great restaurant called Orbis a few minutes walk away - we ate there twice. A must visit if you are in Naoussa

Relaxing and peaceful!

The new manager Vaggelis was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel is spacious with good sized rooms with large terraces. The pool area has lots of space. The hotel is a short walk into town but also within walking distance of great beaches. It’s so close to the sea you can hear the waves!

The breakfast options were limited.

Realxing recharge at Hotel Naoussa!

The pool area was a key part of why we chose to stay at Hotel Naoussa. We visited in September, so it was quiet, and we often had the pool to ourselves. Each room had a patio/balcony area which we made the most of. The maid was very friendly and so were the reception, it's a family run hotel so staffing was limited during our visit, perhaps because we came out of season. Also, with the situation of the hotel on the Island, you often get a glimpse of the sunset depending on where you are sat towards the end of the day. The Hotel has bus stops right outside that go to Parikia, which is very useful, and they usually run every 30 mins or so. When we arrived, we were offered a map and bus timetable, which is quite easy to understand. You can also download a PDF timetable. If you hire a vehicle free parking is available too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Naoussa, we wanted a relaxing break and that’s what we got! For a 3* hotel; it's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location was good and situated away from the hustle and bustle of town which meant for us it was quiet (visited out of peak). We would go back if we ever visited Paros again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, but there are items to note especially regarding the locality. The hotel is close to Naoussa town, but it would take most people about 15-20 minutes to get there. If you are walking at night, then you need to take your phone or a torch as parts of the road are dimly lit. If mobility is an issue, then I would look for accommodation closer by, for us however it was fine.

Lovely traditional accommodation with pool.

Lovely traditional accommodation. Very clean. Bed comfy. Pool was great with enough beds and umbrellas. Very quiet. There were some windy days when it was not possible to go to the beach. The pool was sheltered from the wind so we were very glad to be able to go there instead.

It was a 20 minute walk to the main town though it was a pleasant walk and to be fair having a pool at the price made it good value for money.

Lovely hotel outside Naoussa

Lovely hotel outside Naoussa. The pool was lovely and so clean. The room was also spotless and cleaned every day. Our family had a great time staying there.

The hotel is situated quite a bit out of Naoussa, about a 20m walk but there is no footpath. There was a bus service but it was unreliable.
