People buy their own umbrellas, then leave them on the premises and the staff throw them away.. horrible ❌Sleep is guaranteed only until 6:30, after which the hotel turns into a noisy horror... Outdated, no air conditioning, endless waiting ❌Snack bar ... It is comparable to a 4* hotel but only with prices!!! ❌ KITCHEN + DINING ROOM = disaster Long lines, waiting for a table, waiting for food. The food is cold even if you are among the first... Dirty plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs.... Slow cleaning service..... Slow putting away the pastries.... Breakfast is always the same... Great poverty in the area of ​​fruit... The whole week there was no banana at all.... The iconic dish Spanish PAELA is just some seasoned rice with leftovers from the previous day....
