Everything except the steps down and up lol. It is truly a 4 star property with killer views and great rooms.

No elevator

- The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially assisting with our luggage up and down the numerous steps. - The property was clean and well-maintained. - Beach towels were provided, which was convenient. - The breakfast was enjoyable, made even better by the exceptional sea views from the terrace. - Peaceful and scenic location with good service and beautiful views

- There are a lot of stairs: around 170 steps from the road to the main entrance, another 20 or so to reach the rooms, and about 300 steps to get to the beach. While the fine print does mention 150 steps to the property, the 300 steps to the beach are only vaguely described as "some steps," which understates the actual physical effort required. This should be made clearer to prospective guests. - Despite being listed on Booking.com as having a restaurant, there is no restaurant/bar/room service on-site, which was quite disappointing. Had one been available, it would have been ideal. Instead, we had to dine elsewhere, which meant climbing a significant number of stairs every time we went out and returned. - We had three rooms booked: two of them had spacious and modern showers, while one had a much smaller shower with visible mould in the mosaic tiles and a noticeable ant problem, which detracted from the otherwise clean presentation of the property. - The hotel provided us with contact details for a local taxi, which we used to travel to the town centre. We were 6 and were charged €60 for the trip, but the return journey, which we booked independently later that evening, cost just €40, which left us feeling taken advantage of by the first booking, which the hotel endorsed. - The advertised “private beach” is more accurately described as private shoreline access; there is no sandy or pebbled beach, which may not match expectations for some travellers. Overall, this is a peaceful and scenic location with good service and beautiful views, but it's essential to be aware of the physical demands, lack of on-site dining, and some misleading details in the online listing before booking.
