A view and stay that is priceless 😀

Wow, wow, wow! Waking up to the view of the sea, Minori and Maori was awesome, uplifting and amazing. It's a view that will remain with us forever and will force you to come back again!! And the staff were awesome. And I never seen a view from a bar like the one in Hotel Graal. And we were there in October 😜

Perfect location to enjoy Ravello; beautiful views from hotel; good breakfast and awesome staff.

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and sites. We loved the beautiful vista views of the sea and mountains from our room with a balcony, as well as from the breakfast room, restaurant, bar, and pool. Breakfast was very good with lots of food choices. We enjoyed two very delicious dinners at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous setting in a lovely town above the fray of the Amalfi Coast.

The staff was responsive and efficient. We had a car valet parked and it was always retrieved promptly. The restaurant is very good, with high quality offerings professionally served. The view was stupendous!

The room was a little worn. It was small with little space to unpack and leave our luggage, so the walls were marked up. The sounds from the bar were quite loud at times on our balcony.

Fabulous family-run hotel

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a superior double room. Despite being close to the stairs and lift it was very quiet, and (like all the rooms at Hotel Graal) had a fabulous view over the Amalfi coast. The staff were incredibly helpful, our car was whisked away to the parking we had reserved, and we were quickly ushered to our room. It's always good to see the hotel owner there in the foyer welcoming guests and making sure everything runs perfectly. Being a bit late in the season there centre of Ravello was quiet so we ate in the hotel's restaurant. The food and wine were better than most restaurants on the Amalfi coast but no more expensive. Breakfast was a generous buffet, but sadly not on a terrace overlooking the sea but in a downstairs room with no balcony.

There is nothing not to like. The following is just a suggestion, not a dislike! It would be very nice to be able to make a cup of tea or a Nespresso in one's room.

Great hotel with fabulous views withing easy walking distance of Ravelllo town centre

Fabulous views. Our room had a really large terrace too. There was a large swimming pool. The bus stop to Amalfi is five minutes away and the town is only just a little further.

It was raining the first night and, since we didn't know where anything was, we elected to have room service. But we were told that they were busy and room service wasn't available.

Excellent service, breakfast was amazing, and the views were to die for, our room just needed TLC!

The view was amazing from our room, the location was great for us because we like walking!

The beds need to be replaced for sure, not comfy at all, I would have like face clothes, a few bottles of water would have been nice too. The walls need to be wiped especially on the bottom, black marks all over. If there was a screen of patio door we could left the door open at night because it was very warm in the room, maybe A/C wasn't working? And, when people were smoking outside we had to close door, because we're the first room next to the bar. Room service menu was same as dining room so it would have been nice to have a snack menu when we needed a little extra.

Walking distance to main attractions, amazing sea view and by far the best view of Ravello. The bus station to Amalfi is 1 min walk from the hotel. The location was by far the best. Staff were great and very kind.

Perfect stay ♥️

Perfect stay. Very nice staff, very helpful. The breakfast is a highlight, huge variety of food and you can press fresh orange and lemon juice. Each room has the view we are coming to Ravello for. We had a nice terrace. And also the pool with the view is great. Walking distance to Ravello downtown is 3 minutes, perfect location. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved the whole experience

Your hotel was welcoming, quiet, the views were absolutely amazing, the rooms were large with WIR with loads of hanging space. Your laundry facilities were excellent. The restaurant had the views and beautiful food to match. In the bar everyone was so friendly and tempered clients. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of options - again with views. Could not recommend Hotel Graal enough if you want a special stay - close enough to the square but within easy walk that provides you with peace and tranquility

Lovely hotel, just a couple of minor niggles but I would stay again

Great location. Great restaurant. Great balcony views. Nice pool.

We had a couple of minor faults with the room but the hotel did fix these quickly. No warnings given that the balconies are totally soaked each morning from a water sprinkler system so our clothes (which were supposed to be drying overnight) were thoroughly soaked and I ended up having to go out for the morning in wet clothes

Lovely stay & would certainly recommend

Excellent views from our room which was spotless and an excellent cleaning service. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and fresh coffee was available. We ate in the restaurant on our last evening which was a delightful evening with live music playing in the bar.

Our room decor & furnishings were rather shabby, needs refurbishment.

Loved the hotel and location

The hotel is reachable by car. We did not have to carry suitcases long distance. The front desk was very pleasant. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. There is also a restaurant next door with very authentic italian food. The vew from our balcony was incredible!!!!. Were were on level -4. Get a room with a balcony for sure. The room size was good. The breafast and breakfast staff -great. Very fresh fruts and food. Great coffee. We made our own orange juice. We loved the breakfast. Hotel is very near the main square and taxi stop. We really enjoyed the hotel and location.

The air conditioner was not working too well and we were hot at night. Also the pillows were hard. The rest was very good.

I had a great stay at Hotel Graal. The location was superb. The room was comfortable and the sea view from the balcony was outstanding. The pool had a good vibe and views were amazing. The breakfast was great and lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not eat in the restaurant but sat in the lounge and had a drink, was nice. I would definitely stay again.

The food quality at the pool side/snack bar was average.
