Das Personal am Empfang, im Restaurant und für die Zimmerreinigung war super-freundlich. Es wurden fast alles unserer Wünsche erfüllt. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen Richtung See, so dass auch die Morgensonne nicht direkt ins Zimmer scheinte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Die Sauna- und Badelandschaft ist ausreichend.
Leider ließ sich unser Zimmer nicht ganz verdunkeln. Es gab nur leichte Vorhänge, die relativ viel Licht durchgelassen haben. Für Dunkelschläfer ist das etwas schwierig. Außerdem haben wir festgestellt, dass im Saunabereich eine Pumpe in der Salzgrotte nicht funktionierte und haben das an der Rezeption mitgeteilt aber leider wurde es bis zur Abreise nicht repariert.
