I selected this hotel based on the online booking ratings, but was beyond disappointed

The breakfast selection was VERY limited, The eggs were cold and there was no fruit or yoghurt - which is generally a standard. At check in I inquired about the 'paid breakfast' that was not included in the price of the room, and was led to believe that there would be substantial offerings - and there was not,

The hotel elevator is under construction, so I had to carry my bags up to my room. There was no staff on hand who could assist with this. Hotel security was awful - I was assigned to an ajoining room - and at 10PM while in my room in my pajamas a man from the ajoining room opened the door between the 2 rooms. This is completely unacceptable -

Solid place to stay whilst in Oyonnax

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Very accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay a pleasurable one.

Location is fine : nothing else

Reception: substandard; no check of identity; counter in the middle of a space which ois difficult to understand if it a reception counter, a bar, or a sales section; Room: size very limited; finishing very unprofessional; storage for personal effects/dressing and other very primitive; inside entrance door (between corridor and sleeping space) blocking the passage with luggage Bathroom: incredibly unprofessional, for size, decoration and utilities. In particular, the location and installation of the toilet is something "never seen before" (between the toilet and the heating radiator in front there are ONLY 26 cm space). The external corridor was recently painted but there are several spots of different colour: the work of restoring the corridors (and the rest) has been completely wrong - bad supervision ? Access to the gararge: doors had no handles; the staircase was full of construction materials; the lights would only come up after a while after entering the staircase. Conclusion: very dangerous.

Good location hotel in the center of the town - some features to be improved. Too expensive.

location: in the heart of the town. shower: large with very hot water.

breakfast - lack of dishes (personnel to manually wash them one by one) - coffee machine unsuitable for an hotel (slow and with extremely small milk container - empty after 2 cappuccinos). Bathroom definitely too small according to the rate - less then 1 meter in front of the toilet.

Dogs are accepted without any hassle whatsoever....rare nowadays....

The staff were wonderful, a great bunch of people......tolerant of dogs [ why I booked the place] and made the stay enjoyable....had some laughs and jokes with them and I got the feeling they were being themselves rather than having to be nice because they were paid to be so....

If I could find who designed the bathroom I would ask them if they'd considered any guests other than those less than 5ft tall.....my only irritation with the entire stay.....we got round it and enjoyed ourselves.....

Le prix abordable, l'accueil sympathique, la propreté. Ok pour un court séjour.

Le manque d'insonorisation (beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs alors que nous devions nous lever tôt le lendemain), les matelas durs comme du bois. Il est mentionné parking, or le samedi matin il y a le marché, donc non il n"y a pas de parking.

Décevant...je me suis sentie vraiment pas respectée, malgré la gentillesse du personnel

Le personnel a été charmant. Et j'ai pu observer à quel point leur travail doit être difficile. Seul pour faire le service du restaurant, le bar et la réception de l'hôtel en soirée. Vraiment????

L'hôtel était en travaux pour les 3 premières nuits de notre séjour et je n'en avais pas été avertie. Pas de bar, pas de hall pour boire un verre au frais par temps de canicule et pas de restaurant. Sans parler des coups de marteau en soirée... La chambre familiale n'était pas disponible alors nous avons reçu 2 chambres communicantes, merci, mais ces chambres étaient vieillottes et n'avaient rien à voir avec les photos... Encore une chose: vous mentionnez parking dans les avantages de l'hôtel mais il n'y a pas de parking propre à l'hôtel. Il s'agit juste d'un parking Indigo à 200m.

Simple et correct

L'hôtel était en travaux, mais malgré ça tout était correct. La chambre était simple, mais bien équipée et propre. Nous n'avions aucune nuisance sonore dans la chambre. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner correct et varié pour les 2 nuits passées. Le parking souterrain est a un prix abordable et au frais. L'accès est direct dans l'hôtel.

Pas de parking gratuit autour de l'hôtel, il faut utiliser le parking souterrain qui est payant. En travaux, dommage le restaurant était fermé, aucune communication sur ce point avant notre arrivée.
