This amazing home is lakeside in a gorgeous community nestled below the San Jacinto Mountains. It is located ON THE LAKE with its very own private DOCK, salt water pool and spa. Magnificent breathtaking sunsets and mountain and lake view! The lake is fully stocked for catch and release.
This stunning home features a covered outdoor dining and living area with a built in gas BBQ and comfy patio furniture and retractable awning for more shade. You will enjoy your outdoor meals from sunrise to sunset. Perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the tranquility of the Lake.
The spacious gourmet kitchen features a walk in pantry, GE stainless steel appliances, double-ovens, dishwasher, and 4 burner gas stove top, and water filtration system. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, and spice rack. There are table settings and glassware available for 10 people. The dining table seats 10, the kitchen island seats 4, and the wet bar area seats 6 and outdoor dining seats 6. The step-down Wet Bar offers incredible views of the Lake has its own fridge and Key West Margaritaville Blender. Enjoy the lifestyle you always dreamed about.
The Golf Club at Terra Lago presents 36 challenging holes, along with stunning views and a clubhouse for dining. The community is conveniently located close to casino nightlife; the Polo Grounds which features polo horse activities; Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach Music Festival; La Quinta and Indio Arts Festivals; and minutes away from the Tennis Gardens in La Quinta. Also enjoy shopping and dining at The Gardens on beautiful El Paseo. Twenty minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Bedroom 1: Spacious Master Suite features a Cal-King bed, gas fireplace, 50 inch flat-screen HDTV, dresser, and two nightstands. There’s a beautiful private balcony with view of the mountains and views overlooking the 20-acre lake with outdoor seating and retractable awning for shade. The bathroom in the Master Suite features a large shower, soaking tub, and separate dual sinks. An adjacent sun room overlooks the lake.
Bedroom 2: Features a Queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, futon, 32 inch HDTV, and walking closet.
Bedroom 3: Features a Queen-size bed and 1 bunk bed (twin over full) a dresser, 2 nightstands, 40 inch HDTV, and walking closet.
A 2nd bathroom is located near Bedrooms 2 and 3 (Jack n Jill), which includes a shower along with dual sinks. The third full bathroom is located on the lower level.
Indoor amenities: 1 gas fireplace, air conditioning and heating, a 75-inch flat-screen HDTV on the lower level living room, flat-screen 50 inch HD TV in master suite, 32 inch HDTV in bedroom 2 and 40 inch HDTV in bedroom 3. There's a fully-equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided. The dining table converts into a pool table and ping pong table. A second smaller game table near the drop down bar offers: Pool, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, chess, checkers and backgammon.
Outdoor amenities: Outdoor Private salt water pool and spa with built in gas barbecue, Private dock, outdoor dining, fire pit, and lounge chairs. There’s a 1-car garage for indoor parking as well as 2 additional driveway parking spaces.
POOL/SPA HEAT FEE:
If you would like pool heat added to your reservation, please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival.
We do charge a fee of $70/night, if you would like the pool to be heated to 84-86 degrees. Cost to heat Spa is $30/night.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to entire home on property and garage except for a locked downstairs hall closet and upstairs closet.
Check with property manager for access to fitness center, billiard room, meeting room to host a club event, ballroom, table tennis, catering kitchen, outdoor pool/spa, as well as wading pool and playground for children (for guests that stay 27 days or more).
Referrals for private chef and masseuse available upon request.

Elena was available by text weeks before the trip keeping us updated and able to answer & provide solutions to even last minute issues that arose. I will definitely be booking here the next time I am in Indio. The property exceeded all of my expectations and had everything and more we needed! They even sent out a crew to clean the pool after a wind storm on the first night. Elena didn’t treat us like customers but as valued guests, if i could give ten stars I would!

This will be long because these hosts deserve praise beyond anywhere I have ever stayed! The property was incredible! On Beautiful a lake, with a dock, geese and ducks, and bigger catfish that seem comfortable saying “Hi!”. The home was immaculate with every detail being anything I expected. Enough towels? Many in all three bedrooms! So many little touches that go over the top. Toothbrushes? Yep? Vanity kits? Yep? There was even beer in the bar refrigerator. Rooms were big and comfortable. There were nine of us, that included a 3 Grandchildren. Children’s books, video games, pool table, ping pong, and foos ball! Best BBQ I ever used! And then they pool and spa. Special fountain features and everything controlled remotely! Even pool toss for the kids. The best part was Elena and Alex talk to you and really want to make sure they are ready for YOU and your party! Elena was so accommodating! The kitchen was wonderful and completely stocked! I can’t think of anything missing! It was perfect! We’ll make this an annual vacation for my birthday! Great host, great location and an amazing property.

My sisters and I brought our families here to visit grandparents for thanksgiving. It was plenty of space for all! The host was super responsive and helpful. The hot tub was the main attraction for sure. Just keep in mind, this time of year the pool didn’t get any sun. Everyone had a blast and all felt like they have their own space in their rooms! The place was very stocked. We felt like we had everything we needed.
