The house was exactly as listed. Dock is well lit and chock full of fish. Everything was clean and comfy. Would definitely return!

Very nice and quiet. Needs a few minor things fixed but overall would definitely rent again. Owner was very nice.

We stayed here (8) 4 Adults 3 Teens and 1 child and had plenty of space. It was nice to have 3 functional bathrooms with the # of people and the teens had fun on the pier at night fishing…lots of action no BIG fish being caught, but they loved it. There was plenty of room to enjoy the nights outside sitting around the table, just spray yourself for mosquitoes! If it’s breezy none came around :) House itself was great, but there was ALOT going on with the properties and owner actually lives onsite and I have to say it was not like our typical or usual VRBO experiences. The garage was full of their belongings, as were all of their garages and they needed to clean it out so that there was room to walk thru to get into the house, but they couldn’t do that until the next day. We didn’t have a working door lock to the garage and had to ask him to fix that, so our first evening there the garage had to stay opened. We asked what they were doing with all of these things and they told us they were getting some other VRBO properties ready for rentals. They were loud at some points and had some bickering going on that you couldn’t help but overhear….everything is pretty close quarters so you’ll hear others and their conversations if on the balconies We came from AZ & TN to grieve and heal after losing our mother unexpectedly and this sort of put us in a weird and awkward situation. There is no digital key code system and you have to ask for the WIFI passcodes and stuff! We had strangers walking into our garage and into the house looking for the owner! We used the pool but we also had an issue with not being able to use the pool on day 5 of our stay due to all the sand that was blown into it from the wind and them trying to do work on the property…I tried contacting Richard to ask they clean it up and we were not successful in getting him to respond until late the following day, and it still hadn’t been fully cleaned by the time we checked out to leave. I feel the Owner was genuinely nice but has a lot of organizing that needs to be done around the place to make it a more professional VRBO experience. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the rooms and beds were comfortable, but not a place I would come back to, unfortunately. :(
