Go in the winter -it will be very atmospheric.

It was in the centre of the town.

Pretty rustic is the kindest thing I could say. Clearly off season which is fair but the price probably needs to reflect this more. It hurts when you see the same room advertised for £100 less on the day you leave. Didn’t like being asked to pay again for the room when the money had already been taken by the property two weeks earlier.

The staff were excellent made everything very easy for my short trip.

I arrived late, was able to park right outside the hotel and I was made to feel totally relaxed immediately.

Great location, Service and Spa

Pros: - Spa was absolutely great: swimming pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, and cosy corners to chill. They also serve free tea and fruits and. - Breakfast had not that many options, but still more than enough and quality of the food was very good. - Room was cosy with a good view on Matterhorn We’ve been here almost in the end of the ski season - end of April. Hotel was almost empty and we liked the experience a lot. Compliments to staff (especially Renato) who made our experience awesome.

- Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room. - there is no free water/tea in the room. This is strange for the hotel of such level. - If you want to add additional ingredients (e.g. cheese) to your breakfast omelette, you need to pay. Seems cheap for a 4-star hotel - No board games (only cards).

An amazing hotel, made even more special by the outstanding professional staff.

Hotel Bucaneve is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all very friendly, smartly dressed, polite and extremely helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The Spa and suanas were excellent, as was the massage. The food was outstanding, be that for breakfast or for dinner. The Dinner menu was amazing as was the wine list. The central location of the hotel meant only a 2 minute walk to the lifts, or a free hotel shuttle to other lifts, an outstanding service. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I will definitely be returning. A BIG thank you to all the staff.

Great option for a winter break.

Great location: in the heart of Cervinia and just a few minutes away from lifts. very professional and friendly staff. truly exceptional. Felt like in a family. The hotel is very nice and perfectly decorated in local mountain style. Attention to details in every aspect. Good size spa. Well equipped and very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of excellent local food. Includes a la carte option. The restaurant offers very good dining alternative. We tried several restaurants in Cervinia and found the Hotel restaurant option much better compared to the majority of them. Recommend.

The room was truly small and not aligned to what specified on our offer (20sqm). We asked if there was an error but they confirmed it was correct.

Amazing stay in Cervinia

Everything was excellent. The room, the friendly and helpful staff, the location, the facilities, the breakfast and restaurant and the bar. Honestly it was faultless and such a fantastic stay. Will definitely be going back.

The only minor point was that there is no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

What a disappointment!

The location to the sky lift. Parking. The view from our window in the room.

I have been to dozens of ski hotels and this is definitely last on the list. The attitude of the stuff was terrible. When we arrived we asked for a quiet room and they put us over the bar where they play the piano every night. The heating in the room only worked when requested and was always stopped towards midnight. They claim it is an automatic system but why should a heating problem be discussed at a 2000 meter high ski resort? The breakfast was disappointing and not as suitable for a 4 star hotel as they claim to be. Ski room without a personal cabin for each room, so anyone can take your equipment. One day we went back to the room before 2pm and they had not been cleaned yet so we just asked them to change towels.

Nice hotel at the foot of the Matterhorn

Friendly, polite and very helpful staff. Very nice spa area. Very good breakfast. Free parking and good internet.

Whenever someone above us flushed the toilet we heard it because pipes were in the wall directly behind the bed. Concrete posts, from a terrace that was never built, partly blocked view out our windows of the Matterhorn.
