During our stay our air conditioning constantly leaked and our room smelt like sewerage. We told the reception staff multiple times without the problem being fixed. No kind of compensation or apology was offered. Whilst Mallorca is beautiful this really put a dampener on our trip.

When we arrived the room had this hard smell we can't get rid off. Water is salty and strange but I guess the entire Cala d Or is like that. My girlfriend had an allergic reaction after showering, and got a huge red rash on her arm and shoulder, we still try to figure out if its 1. Hotel shower gel 2. Water 3. Rusty and moldy shower 4. Pipes that have their own will when it comes to the water temperature, one second is cold next is burning hot then cold again.
Overall: we paid €*** for 4 nights without breakfast or any food, which still is a good price, but if you can spare a few extra hundred go somwehere else, its not a good experience.
