Très belle résidence, bien entretenue, appartement spacieux mais, pour le prix payé, beaucoup de détails négatifs auxquels on ne s'attend pas. Ex.: micro-onde inutilisable car plateau tournant manquant, four traditionnel très sale, bac de douche pas top (taches d'origine inconnue), pas de place pour ranger nos effets personnels dans les 2 garde-robes, etc...
