Over priced, tiny, dirty room with poor fittings. This cant be described as an apartment

Parking

The advert on booking.com was very misleading, as it intimated a kitchen. In fact, we only had a room, with ensuite and fridge and no cooking facilities. The shower was awful - with the head needing replacing. The boiler only has enough hot water for one of us to shower. The lock broke and we had to wait two hours for a locksmith. The garden is shared so you have no private outdoor space. The balcony above is over the room and we heard constant scraping of chairs. This room is so small it wasn't really possible to compensate for lack of kitchen, even to make sandwiches. When we complained to the agent about the misleading advert, their response was an apology and an offer of a full refund. That isnt very helpful when you have already driven 1000 miles from home.
