Wonderful lakeside retreat perfect for families who enjoy nature.
This is a beautiful "domki" or summer cottage situated directly next to an idyllic lake which is also quite suitable for a fall or winter stay. The cottage is almost entirely new, is of high quality and better than most of the typical cheaply constructed summer houses found in Poland. By far the best point is the location., what is not mentioned is there is a public beach and playground just one minute away in front of the cabin and directly on the lake with a wonderful zip line for kids, various playground equipment and even a large grill area. My kids were playing for hours here everyday and it was close enough that we could relax on the porch and still monitor their play. You are also just outside the Wolin national park which has great hiking trails plus the Zubra farm where you can view the Polish bison and if you need a bit of city life the seaside port town of Miedzyzdroje is only a 15 minute car ride away and offers a lot of good restaurants and family entertainment even in fall and winter times.
The town itself does not offer much but you do have the basic amenities including a "Dino" supermarket 5 minutes drive away where you can do all your essential shopping.
