★This 8 bedroom luxury home is located in Retreat at Champions Gate, an upscale, high-end golf vacation home resort. This resort is in close proximity to Orlando Disney and all major attractions.
* 8 luxurious bedrooms and a private theater room (5 king rooms, 1 full/full room, 2 Theme Rooms ( 1 with twin/full beds; 1 with bunk bed of twin/full mattresses), 1 Baby Crib)
(Baby sheet, car seat, & baby stair gate are not provided. Please bring your own if you need)
* All bedrooms include large LED TVs and are beautifully themed in stylish neutral tones making them perfect for guests of all ages. We use high quality, ultra comfortable mattresses which are only found in 5 star hotels.

** For safety reasons, we do not put BBQ Grill onsite. But if you want, we can help you rent it from a professional company. It will be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane starting at $85/wk for Three burner grill and $105/wk for Four burner grill. The grill will be charged $15 per additional day. Other equipment rental is also available per request.

We enjoyed the house, lots of room for entire family and did not feel cramped. Kids especially enjoyed the theatre room. Was really nice not to have neighbors in the back.

This property is in a gated community very well protected. Houses are very close but we did not have any issues with neighbors. Property has great amenities for kids and adults, loved the heated pool and theatre room. All bedrooms are conveniently paired with full baths. We had 9 adults and 4 children and were not crowed in the kitchen or famly room. We had a few issues but management was quick in replying.

I had rented this house for a family vacation with 4 different families including 4 kids under the age of 3. The house was great for the different generations and had a lot of space. The house has some cosmetic damage (scuffs on the walls and such) but nothing serious that would cause a problem. The management was also very available to answer any questions! Overall we had a good time at this house
