Large house with all amenities, super airy, well located, close to Ponta Negra beach and commercial sites (Shopping, restaurants, super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, etc).

It has excellent infrastructure, with 4 suites and 1 bedroom, closets, whirlpool tub in the master suite, air conditioners and ceiling fans. Room with 3 rooms, 2 kitchens very well mounted and laundry facilities.
Great entertainment area with barbecue, stove and oven, swimming pool with waterfall.
Very green in all environments.

WiFi connection with at every point and Cable.

2 car garage

The house holds up to 5 couples and their dependents, with comfort and privacy.
