The accommodation was clean, fresh, roomy, well equipped and the beds comfortable. A welcome bottle of water and wine were waiting on arrival, there were also some coffee pods. Having two bathrooms was also a positive. Communication through booking.com was replied to quickly. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. Close to shops and lots of places to eat.
There is an underground car park but access and egress is difficult because of the steep slope and tight turning space. Parking outside the apartment is restricted to 2 hours during the day. However free longer term parking is available just across the road. There are two elevators up to the apartment but be aware they are up a few steps from the main entrance for people with mobility issues. The windows are single glazed and face a busy main road. This didn't bother us but might be a problem for light sleepers.

Close to the beach and free parking on the street. Bathrooms are great.
There was a moldy wall and the air was very bad when arrived. Twin bed was so small absolutely not ok for 2persone. Kitchen staff was so dirty and found lot of insects. Disgusting.
