    Overall, we had a decent stay, though there are a few areas that could be improved. The Positives: The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with delicious ice cream upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. Location-wise, the hotel is one of the taller buildings in Nago, making it very easy to spot and find. It also offers ample parking, which is quite convenient. As for the sleeping arrangements, the bunk beds were sturdy and comfortable. The Challenges: The room, however, is quite compact. If you are traveling as a family, it is difficult to find enough space to open all your suitcases. Regarding amenities, there is a selection of pillows available to pick up in the lobby, but the supply was very limited, and unfortunately, there were none left for us to use. Cleanliness Concerns: The biggest downside was the cleanliness. The windowsill was covered in dust and stains, which made the room feel quite dirty. When we first opened the door, there was also a noticeable musty smell. Fortunately, there was an air purifier in the room, and after running it for about an hour, the smell dissipated. While we had an overall good experience, the cleanliness definitely needs to be strengthened.

    Great location, located on the main strip of Nago, close to Junglia and Nago Pineapple Farm. Breakfast was simple, but adequate and unlimited welcome alcoholic drinks a PLUS. Did not use the Onsen. Room was small for western standards, but comparable to Japanese business hotel. Really enjoyed the stay, service was good, friendly and helpful staff. Only thing was limited parking next to hotel, but hotel has parking across the street. Would stay again and recommend the hotel.
