AC in one of the rooms was not working

Location is just great, just 5min walk from Old Bridge. Apartment is big and specious. Owner left some welcome sweets and coffe - it was very nice.
Balcony is also amazing for sitting and either having a breakfact in the morning or just sipping a wine in the evening.
Parking was not as easy and is not on premises but on the road by premises. Road is pretty narrow, but at the end all worked out well. Owner lady could speak english, however person letting us in was not able to communicate in deutsch or english, still very nice and friendly. WiFi didn't work but owner told us it it is a case before coming. It was still ok for us.

Very nice & spacious apartment, private garage, friendly host, location close to old town (less than 5 minutes walk).
Wifi did not work.
