The 'Chaco Retreat' is a home away from home, located in the Retreats’ at Sand Hollow Resort. This property has all the amenities to make you feel right at home! Spacious indoor living with double sliding doors leading out to one of the largest back yards available in the resort. Enjoy outdoor entertaining and a great area for the kids to play. Add to this the roof-top deck, with a 360 degree panoramic view of the Pine Valley Mountain range, Hurricane Cliffs, red sand dunes and beautiful golf course!
The home itself features a fully stocked kitchen and dining table that seats six, open living / kitchen area for entertaining. Primary bedroom includes a king size bed with an adjustable frame allowing the bed to be raised to lift your head and shoulders by the push of a button. Great for watching TV and/or reading! The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub & walk-in shower, vanities with beautiful granite counter tops. Guest rooms include queen size beds with shared full bath. Washer and dryer make it convenient for your longer stays. Living room extends to outdoor living space, with views of Pine Valley range and Zion’s!! This will surely be a private setting for your stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi available for connectivity to the internet included.

This home is absolutely amazing. I loved it so much that I ended up staying for four months. I only planned on staying two months. Andy and the property managers were very quick to reply and help with any questions I had. The area is beautiful. The view in the backyard is amazing. There is a place up top the house to sit and look at the beautiful mountains and the scenery around. I love this place so much that I’m hoping to go there every year. The home is filled with light. It was the perfect place for me to have some of my own quiet time. Thank you Andy and Monika for an amazing home to stay in.

Host's were Awesome and very accommodating. Home was Beautiful. Very clean, gorgeous views from every window, and morning sunshine in kitchen and living room.
Rooftop area was very comfortable with more wonderful views
Took beautiful walks to Sand Hallow State Park and around Sand Hallow Retreat
We would highly recommend and stay there again

Location is great. House is beautiful. Check in process is a bit frustrating, since it’s actually through the resort, not your typical VRBO check in.
