Microwave door was cracked, inside fridge door had multiple dents and cracks, tv remotes were very difficult to turn on tv and to change channels. It appeared both tv remotes had very low battery power. The blonds were also damaged. I expect a room costing a very high fee to be in excellent condition, very disappointed . Would like some compensation

Loved the location and the underground parking. It’s a nice and short walk to center village. The property was clean and as photographed. There was a little issue with the toilet running and they came out within an hour to fix it which I thought was pretty incredible. The property was perfect for me and my teenage son but it would definitely be a tight space for more than two. We would stay in this building again for sure.

We just stopped by the office, got our keys from the box, and headed to our room. I would highly recommend this unit and the entire Tucker Mountain Lodge for coziness and convenience.

Our family has been coming to Copper Mountain during winter and spring break for the past 3 years. We love the proximity of Tucker Mountain Lodge to the slopes and all the amenities it offers such as Wi-Fi, underground parking, lockers, etc. Our condo was spotless and accommodating to our family of four. We had an amazing time !

I loved it because it gave us a chance to leave apt whenever we wanted and we were close to restaurants and shops. Walking/biking trail is nearby so after skiing you can relax in the nature.

It's clearly a home that has been used and some of the furniture shows some loving use, but it was clean and tidy, and well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. I particularly appreciate the fans, the coffee station, & utensils. This condo also faces I-70, and there is some traffic noise, but we found it very manageable.

watch out for "copper vacations"

It was overall a nice enough place and mostly as advertised. However, the management company "copper vacations" left a lot to be desired. It makes for an odd experience at best when you book through VRBO (which is also HomeAway) yet they book it through "copper vacations"... Regardless, the unit had only been partially cleaned. There was a giant bag of dirty wet linen inside the door, the sofa bed was nasty, un-made and had half eaten candy in it. I called the copper vacations management they said they would have someone right over so we left to allow them to correct the issues and finish cleaning but when we returned an hour and a half later (~5:30pm) nothing had been done so I called to let them know and said I would place dirty linen in the hall... Aside from really poor property management my only complaints are that they had no coffee for the coffee maker and that the bed was absolutely terrible (pillows too). I might be a little picky in this department but my wife and I both thought it was really uncomfortable. I could give more details but to keep thinks brief as an overall rating its like a 3 with pretty good location and mostly as advertised. If the copper vacations people would have been better or even cared a little it could have been a 4 or 5. Based on my experience I do not think I will return again.

This property is convenient and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Loved the dishware! Spacious bathroom. Queen bed was good; although I spent several early mornings on the comfy couch after suffering some dehydration; which is an issue at 9750'! Fireplace nice touch! I never used the sofa bed, but it could work if you had a third person.Maybe too small for 4 adults, but if you're clean and well organized you could pull it off. Great location. Ski locker a plus.
