Kameralność okolicy, cisza, spokojna uliczka. Dużą zaletą jest bliskość stołówki z obiadami "JAK U MAMY" w bardzo atrakcyjnej cenie i smacznie.

Niedaleko plaża,ok.15 minut spacerem, miły personel, czysto, ładne dodatki z klimatem morskim, pokój w szeregowym zabudowaniu na podwórku właścicielki,.Bardzo miła. Podwórko małe,.dobry pomysł, że nie ma oświetlenia przy stole na podwórku, nie było imprez, 9czy nasiadówek, bo wszystko byłyby słychać.
Szkoda, że w kuchni jest tylko jedna, mała płyta elektryczna do gotowania. Kto myśli o gotowaniu tam obiadów, to raczej słabo. Jest mikrofalówka, lodówka i ta płyta. Nie ma piekarnika. Na śniadania i kolacje wystarczy. Kuchnia wspólna, cały czas otwarta. Reszta bez zarzutu.
