You can speak with the Lady (owner) fluently in English. The communication on WhatsApp was also mostly continous, no ghosting at all, even when it was about problems in the flat. The overall quality of the apartment and the furniture is above average. Near to the see, and unfortunatelly also on the main road. Nice see view. Kitchen cooking utensils are ok, number of plates is ok, knifes to be sharpened. Dishwasher was very usefull. The whole flat is big and confortable and nice. You can connect your laptop with own HDMI cable to the TV, so everithing is there what you like. Upon request we got sandwich maker within a half day. Our family is quite flexible and can overcome minor inconveniences, so we basically felt good in the apartment during our week-long stay.
Because of the drainage system problems, the southern bedroom (sea side) is badly smelly, mostly at night. You have to close the bathroom hermeticaly to dam the smell. Managable. The north side smaller bedroom faces the main road. For those who can't sleep in occasional traffic noise, it is not ideal. The front door doesn't close properly therefore doesn't stop the street noise, somehow it is not fit to the quality of the flat. Airconditioning was let repaired on the 4. day of our stay, but we arriveed on weekend, so understandable, but not convenient. In summer heat, if the air conditioning is out of order then you must open the windows even on the street side. Only guest who generally used to big noise during the knight can sleep. Also, bored employees of the new hotel next door shout in the morning hours. Supposingly it will be stopped when there will be guests because this kind of behaviour is unacceptable in an elegant hotel. Loading and unloading from the car is a bit inconvenient, but well managable. The parking lot is 170 meters (2 minutes walking) from the apartment, in a closed yard, it is safe. In the neighborohood the population is very dense, you hear other holydaymakers around you during evening drinking your wine on the terasse, but in normal cases it is not disturbing.

Parking nie jest pod domem tylko kawałeczek dalej. I brak możliwości zaparkowania , jedynie na ulicy w celu rozpakowania się

Výborná poloha s nádherným výhledem na moře, prostorný obývací pokoj, dobře vybavená kuchyně
Jedna z ložnic sousedí s frekventovanou silnicí a je tedy použitelná jen se zavřeným oknem, parkování apartmánu je až cca 200 m od apartma.
