Pay attention that there is no AC in the room though it was okeish even in August with the fan, but might it uncomforta

Very good central location close to the beach . Nice host. Elevator. Old building with beautiful frescos on the cieling . The host gives you a resident parking card for free parking

1. As there is no AC you have to keep windows open and it can at times become very NOISY outside from 6am til 23.00 pm. Construction on the other side of the street , but drilling started only after 10 AM 2. No parking at the site. You have to go find a space on the street . 7 minutes walk to the closest parking 3. It’s not an apartment. It’s a small room with a kettle on the shelf and shower in the room separated by the curtain . Sink is in the room. Front door is pretty much next to the bed. There is no chair, to table, no cups, no wardrobe or even shelves. 4. Mini fridge is used as a bed table, old wine box - as a place to store things , super chip bed, no cups but super chip plastic caps , chipest plastic bin with bag from a supermarket and plastic shower accessories 5. The entry and stairs of the building are dusty , trashed with old things and a bit smelly. 6. It was clean but dusty. Especially the fan

Comfortable and well equipped room in beautiful Manarola

Comfortable room.Slightly above the main town.Nice selection of teas and biscuits.Sunny balcony.We loved Manarola.The host was very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Lovely stay

Great place. Lots of character. Right in the town centre. 2 mins walk to the beach. Great host, very reasonable and accomodating. Couldnt fault it. Grazie!

A very nice room in a great location

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the room was excellent, very close to the station.

The television did not work, but we didn't really have time for TV so it was a very small detail.

Very flexible & friendly host, arrival times chages (due to traffic) were no problem. Tiny bu cosy room, with all one could need for a short stay in Levanto SP.

It was very tidy and cosy. Daria war very flexible with check in as we were delayed. everything we needed was there.

unfortunately, walls are quite thin and neighbours are loud. Maybe we were unlucky but it was very noisy until late. it was difficult to fall asleep.

Location was great and the room was cute.

I don’t thinking the plumbing is great the toilet makes loads of noise to flush and the shower and sink don’t drain particularly well and when they do drain make the toilet make a load of noise again

Voyage en couple

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avec le sourire malgré une arrivée tardive due à une suppression de train. L'hote parle très bien le français. L'emplacement est idéalement placé à quelques pas de la plage.

Piacere e relax

Posizione ottimale per visitare Levanto, è a due passi dal mare, in centro e a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette e fatto la ciclopedonale che porta a Framura passando dalla meravigliosa Bonassola. Consiglio l' esperienza a chi come noi ha bisogno di rilassarsi.

Non molto silenziosa di notte a causa dei rumori dei locali vicini, ma questo è inevitabile essendo in centro

Malheureusement la rue est bruyante avec les festivités d’été jusqu’à minuit, nous avons été réveillé à 5h du matin le vendredi par les commerçants qui installaient leur stand pour le marché hebdomadaire

Un super séjour

La localisation dans le centre à quelques pas de la mer et pourtant au calme . L’hôte qui nous a accueilli etait vraiment adorable. La literie était très bien aussi et la douche très grande .

Une suggestion : je pense qu’il y a la place à gauche du lit pour mettre une petite table et deux chaises . D’autant plus que la vue sur la montagne depuis la fenêtre est magnifique.

Praktisches Zimmer im Zentrum und in Strandnähe.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Parkplatz; der Vermieter hat uns leider nicht geholfen und so hatten wir hohe Extrakosten.

Sehr freundlich und angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Zentrale Lage war super wir konnten alles in 5min erreichen (Einkaufsmöglickeiten, Restaurants, Strand usw.) Ausserdem war die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheissen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Levanto les 5 terres juin 2025

Très bien situé, la plage est très proche, la gare a environ 12 mn à pied. Levanto est bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres. La literie est très bien, wc et douche séparées c'est un plus.

Lors de notre réservation booking m'a indiqué " vous avez réservé un appartement, une chambre'. nous avons donc pensé que nous avions réservé un appartement mais ce n'était qu'une chambre. 28° dans la chambre seulement un ventilateur. Il manque au moins une chaise pour déposer les vêtements de la journée. Un grand miroir serait le bienvenu. Manque d'étagère pour déposer les vêtements. Au prix de 107€ la nuitée (sans taxe séjour) nous aurions pu bénéficier d'une chambre d'hôtel.

Bonne adresse pour profiter de la station balnéaire à pied

L’immeuble ancien a du charme et la chambre spacieuse et agréable. A deux pas à pied de la plage et des commerces Notre hôtesse est charmante et nous avons été très bien accueillis

Nettes Apartment in Levanto.

Nettes Apartment mitten in der Stadt und 3 min zum Meer. Im 2. Stock mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Kleiner Kühlschrank, Tee und Kaffe Zubehör vorhanden. Viele gute Restaurants und Foccerias in der Nähe.

Für die Parkplatzsituation und die Baustelle kann der Vermieter nichts. Mit Handy Parkapp konnte mann dann am Meer ganz gut parken (6 € pro Tag mit Ermäßigungsausweis vom Vermieter)
