House of 400m2, in gated community with maximum accommodation for 17 people, twenty minutes from Baden-Baden on foot (900m), amid a grove of araucarias, with stunning views and total silence. With six suites, one very cozy attic. Parking for 4 cars, one covered parking space. Living room with fireplace and large American kitchen with panoramic view of the woods. Heated dormitories with carpeted intimate area and race board in the room. The house is sunny, warm and cozy, with modern and tasteful furniture, amidst the charming local nature. Architectural project developed by the owner, architect with vast portfolio, several works published in books, magazine covers and participation in the house colored Sao Paulo. Gourmet space with fireplace, barbecue and pizza oven.

Great mountain house.!

After staying in different hotels all over South America, it was a dream to spend time with our family in this beautiful mountain home. The house complements nature and brings outside in, it is spacious and well coordinated. We used Ana to help us with housekeeping as well as cooking, she is a excellent cook, and a super sweet person. We have travel all over the world, staying most of the time, in 5 starts hotels but the experience of this house was one of the highlights. We are glad we found it! highly recommended !
