Muy limpio. Las camas cómodas. La atención de Marco inmejorable.
Es un bajo pequeño, pero está en una zona tranquila y tiene de todo. Relación calidad-precio estupenda.

非常愉快的一次住宿！可能因为圣周假期和之前的罢工风波，我在机场等了两个小时才拿到行李。当时已经是晚上十点多了，但房主Marco一直耐心地等我，为我介绍关于房间和马德里的一切。房间干净整洁，设施齐全。而且出乎我意料的是，虽然在一楼，且之前我就了解到旁边有一个健身房，但实际上环境非常安静，隔音很好。下次来马德里我还会选择这里的，gracias Marco！

Estaba muy limpio, con todo lo necesario. Cerca del metro aunque lejos del centro, se apreciaba un entorno tranquilo
No me gustó para nada el gimnasio al lado con ruido fuerte de pesas de los deportistas, recién finaliza cerca de las 22.00 hrs
Tampoco me gustó que hubiera cámaras dentro del apartamento, invade la privacidad .
Mi hija tomó una ducha y luego cuando yo fui el agua nunca salió caliente
