We loved everything! The entire young staff was excellent 👌🏼. They continually went above and beyond to supply us with everything possible and fulfilled every request immediately and precisely!! We're coming back!

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon waren gemütlich in diesem traditionellen Haus.

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war spärlich und nicht angemessen für den Preis. Das schöne Haus und Grundstück wirkt vernachlässigt.

Hotel muy acogedor. El personal, profesional, atento, amable, y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier necesidad. Habitación muy amplia, y muy limpia. La limpieza diaria, exhaustiva y bien hecha. Todo perfecto. Un lugar muy recomendable.

A la hora de pedir el el desayuno debería ser más claro que es lo que hay disponible. Es solo una sugerencia y ninguna crítica. Esto no es una crítica negativa. Nosotros desayunamos muy bien todos los días, muy bien atendidos.

The breakfast was good. We found a river path into Toraja that improved walking into town. Dining staff were pleasant.

I paid cash for five nights and they refused to cancel the sixth night with booking.com, which owners are able to do. I was subsequently charged for six nights on my credit card. The pool is unclean and all over the head depth. Receptionist lacked English and knowledge and was surly. Web site advertises room extras that are completely incorrect. I suggested to the receptionist the website needs fixing but two weeks later nothing has changed. So two things - beware of how you pay Torsina hotel, and know your room will be nothing like they say.
