Immaculate, bright and cheery remodeled home on the Seville Golf Course. The home is located in the gates Enclaves neighborhood within Seville. Great room floor plan with split bedrooms. Fully furnished with all of the comforts of home. Fully remodeled. Quartz kitchen counter tops. Ceiling fans throughout. Professionally landscaped, great place to sit back and relax.
The open concept kitchen and family room are perfect for entertaining. Large breakfast bar and big kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. The Living Room is spacious with a large TV and has sliders out to a fantastic backyard with unending sunset and golf views. Sit outside for a meal, drinks or a BBQ. The bedrooms are split. Master with a king bed and TV are in the rear of the home. The master has its own private patio and outdoor lounge with firepit. The master bath has a large walk in closet, double sinks a soaking tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, tv and en-suite bath. The third bedroom is between and also features a queen bed and can use the 1/2 bath or the 2nd bedroom bath. Super comfortable, extra spacious.
Laundry room and direct access from the 2 car garage complete this gorgeous home away from home.

Check in very easy. Loved the location. When water heater went out, they had replaced same day. Would loved to have rented again

When checking in and getting settled, there were a few glitches..the air conditioner went on the fritz, there was a scorpion in the shower (squashed it!), the need for A/C filters, and an unkempt back yard. ALL of the were resolved by the property management immediately (except I squashed the scorpion!)
During some of the monsoon problems, tree damage and the downing of the tree in the front yard, property management was again immediately responsive. Overall great service by Elite Vacation Rentals.

The pre-arrival cleaning was substandard!
For this property to have had COVID-19 cleaning, this was not represented!!! Broken bathroom flush leaver on the master toilet!
Master bathroom sink was plugged! Lights burnt out in the kitchen! Tv in the kitchen did not work,the entire stay,
The tv in living room had no RUKU system, no tv!
The shade in the living room,didn't function as it should have!
The half bathroom had the towel bar broken!
The entire carpet was dirty, and required scrubbing!
The exterior grounds were not maintained,properly!
Many shrubs are missing,many weeds about the property!
