Excellent location with breathtaking views. Amenities in the unit were wonderful. Just a short drive to amazing local restaurants and shopping, or you can just stock the kitchen and enjoy the million dollar view.
Minor cleaning issues upon arrival: both the mirror in the dining room and the main glass door from the living room to the back deck were badly streaked; there was a coat of heavy dust under the entertainment center in the living room (easily seen from the couch and chairs in the living room); there were several long, thick, curly black hairs on the shower wall and mold is beginning to form in several spots on shower tile grout. Not major, But... the huge chunk of extra money we paid specifically for cleaning is obviously not being effectively utilized.
