Elina villa near the sea

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, while still being conveniently close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The sea is about a 5-minute walk away via a small path, which was not an issue for us. The host was welcoming and helpful. During our two-week stay, we also had a full cleaning of the house, which we really appreciated. The swimming pool was cleaned regularly, and cleaning tools are also available if needed. Our flight was cancelled, and we had to take another flight one day later. The host was very understanding and flexible, allowing us to adjust our booking and refunding us for the missed night, which we really appreciated.

Overall, we got what we booked and the property matched the listing. The only misunderstanding was regarding an electricity usage limit and a possible extra charge if exceeded, which we were not aware of when booking. However, this did not become an issue in the end. As we stayed in Cyprus in July, air conditioning was essential and naturally used regularly. The furniture is a little dated, some items, especially the living room chairs, could benefit from a deeper cleaning, and the bed mattresses could also be replaced for better comfort. Apart from these points, we had no other issues during our stay.

Great location - walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops, beach etc. Pool -clean, well maintained. Sun loungers, chairs etc. Clean towels and bed linen. Met by owner on arrival. Would definitely return.

Barbecue old and broken, dirty tray in the oven, chipped mugs. Booked 2 weeks and would have appreciated a clean/ linen change half way.
