Tomo Safari Lodge

We had such a Great time in tomo. Our guide Gareth and James were definitely amazing. It was Great to be guided by such passionate people and feeling that they were as exited as we were with finding animals. We got to see the big 5 and more. Food was great and everyone was so welcoming.

Gym had a few things that could have an update, and not many plugs at the room. This would be our only comment but really not an issue.

Ambiente acolhedor e agradável. Fomos muito bem tratadas, sem falar nas deliciosas refeições! Valeu muito a pena!

Beautiful lodge with the most welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there. The rooms were lovely the food was ample, varied and very good quality and there was always the offer of another drink. The game drives were exceptional and Gareth and James were the best guide and tracker who made our trip unforgettable, showing us the Big 5 on our first drive.

Absolutely nothing

INCREDIBlE game drives! Gareth & James were the BEST driver/ tracker team we encountered on all our safaris in South Africa. The room was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated.

The food was DEFINITELY not up to standard for this caliber of a lodge. Dietary requirements were a joke. The food at stages tasted like something out of a Mugg & Bean display fridge at a service station. Our waiter was unitive and messed up most of our orders, her uniform was filthy and not washed. We where unsuccessful in booking a hot air balloon ride , or a photography course or a photo shoot (as advertised on the website) as the office manager ,Siobhan seemed uninterested in helping us saying these activities where unavailable. She did end up booking a bush walk for us.. We ended up booking our own balloon flight. On departure , we filled out a departure form on our experience. We have given this two months and no one has bothered to reach out and reply. I think the survey we filled was thrown in the bin… This was a very disappointing trip for us
