La mia valutazione e' buona sicuramente per la posizione, la. pulizia e la dimensione della camera.
Per chi ama gli animali poi una piacevole sorpresa la gatta che adorava farsi coccolare e il cane gelosone
Per essere definito un B&B mi aspettavo ci fosse la colazione e non giusto un pacchetto di biscotti e uno di fette biscottate. Mi sono dovuto organizzare diversamente comprandomi degli yogurt al supermercato.
Forse il mio concetto di B&B e' un po' diverso.

La camera è molto pulita
Zona centralissima e comoda per qualsiasi spostamento
Nonostante la posizione centrale la notte è molto silenziosa e si dorme benissimo
La proprietaria Alessandra è gentilissima

The location is very close to Simius beach and to the Beach Bus stop, so you can easily go to the many beautiful beaches surrounding Villasimius without worrying about driving/parking. Alessandra, the landlady, is very kind and helpful.
The rooms are clean and you can enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area. Thank you!
