Wifi was better than expected.
Very limited or no cell service. TV had very limited options for viewing.

the responsiveness of the property management
The property was equipped with sufficient cooking utensils.
Most of the chairs on the patio were broken in the garage and some of the towel holders in the bathrooms were broken as well.

The location was amazing. Everything was so lovely and personal. We enjoyed the time in this quietly and peaceful location very much.
The TV didn't work really good but this wasn't a big issue for us.
