The unit wasn't very clean. There were wrappers under one bed and a dirty sock under another. Seems like only lightly cleaned.
The unit was stocked enough for 8 people. The view was nice. The unit was on the golf course great for golfers.

Location was great. Kitchen was well equiped for a cook. Beds were fine. Loved having so many bathrooms
We do not generally post reviews but our experience was such that we feel that our concerns should be expressed. First let’s say the location was excellent and while the unit was old it was very well laid out and the kitchen was fully equipped. The dishwasher soap door would not open so we placed the soap pod in the utensil holder to insure the dishes were cleaned. Our issue is with the cleanliness and the management company.. We booked the unit and read the reviews and were somewhat concerned with reviews cleanliness. We even sent an email a few days before our arrival to address any housekeeping issues were resolved. Prior to arriving we received an email saying the unit was cleaned and ready for us to arrive. We arrived after dark and upon entering the unit we found a pile of dirty linens on the floor, a duffle bag of clean linens on the floor and crumbs of cookies and potato chips scattered on the living area floor. We contacted the management to let them know our findings. Their response was to take pictures. We went the next day to the management office and were greeted by a very hostile person who was more worried that we were looking for compensation than the fact that the unit was not cleaned. Upon returning to the unit we found wet towels were in the dryer and the dryer was broken. We rewashed several towels and hung them up to dry so we could have enough clean towels. Eventually someone came and picked up the linens we put outside but made no effort to vacuum the floor. We never heard from the management as to why our unit was not vacuumed. We are not wanting compensation and we only hope that the property owner reads this review and takes action so that other visitors do not have the same issues.
