About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to our Smoke Free, Back Yard Carriage House located in Willow Grove, PA. Located in the rear or backyard of the Main house! The Carriage House is our recently renovated cozy 1-BR Apartment completed as of April 2019!
Our private apts are designed to be very simple but functional! Its located in the beautiful Philadelphia Surburbs.
Less than 10 minutes from the PA turnpike and 15 minutes away from 76 and 309. Accessible by public transportation as well. One block walk to or from Septa Train Station and few blocks from several major bus stops. Just a 3 blocks Walking distance to Willow Grove Park Mall, shopping and many restaurants and fast food places! It’s a 40 minutes train ride to Center City Philadelphia.
Did I mentioned we are just minutes to Arcadia University and Penn State Univerity-Abington Campus, Won Institute of Graduate Studies-Accupuncture & Chinese Medicine.

Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove with oven, & dining set. Bathroom is large with a very large shower area. Living Room has a nice size sectional sofa ; fireplace and 45” inch HD TV w/ Roku and Free wifi. Bedroom has queen size bed , dresser and large closet. Please do not bring any additional furniture....it's not needed!

I found this perfect mini suite for myself and husband when looking for somewhere close to our daughter in Philly. Dee was a wonderful host and made sure we were all settled in and not in need of anything.
The rooms were clean, and the bed looked to be quite new. The living room was a great size for the two of us. We were in and out over the course of the weekend and it was nice to be able to come back to our own space and not crowd our daughter and son in law. The reason for the visit was their baby shower, so there was other family around and with this rental no one had to be on top of anyone else.
All in all a perfect trip.

Thanks to Dee for a wonderful week. Place was spotless, parking was great, area was nice, fully stocked with all the necessities. Amazing communication from start to finish. Really enjoyed having Alexa handy!
